You will take home a sleep checklist and a solid plan for getting better sleep so you can have fewer migraine attacks, feel better, and get back to the things you enjoy.

About Dr. Megan:
Dr. Megan Daly, PT, CHC is a physical therapist and health coach. She works with patients with dizziness, migraine, concussions, and balance conditions to help them take control of their symptoms with more than just medication so they can have fewer dizzy & headache days. She currently has her own concierge physical therapy and coaching practice to help people address the root cause of their symptoms, navigate the healthcare system, and get support in modifying their lifestyle. She has experienced these conditions personally and brings this empathy to all her client interactions.
