Exploring your inner depths may seem as daunting as learning a new language. So let's explore together! Join Jessica Brunner for some fun in discovering your edges and befriending your inner world. 

This workshop is an intro into learning the subtle language of your body. Traversing this road may result in: bad ass boundaries, empowering self realizations, definable desires, deep pleasure, passionate pursuits, speaking your truth, and living from your essence

 

In our time together we will: 

~playfully explore vulnerable edges in a safe space 

~learn within different group & solo exercises to somatically experience the felt sense (internal root textures)

~re-discover movement

~learn techniques to take home

~share our stories 

~recharge & invigorate through community

Teacher Bio

Jessica is a be-ing, a mother, a healer, an explorer, and a proponent for pleasure. As a Feminine Embodiment Coach, through her business- Intrepid Her, she safely guides women into their most authentic expressions. Using somatic processing and the feminine as an energy she leads her clients into their own sovereign empowered beliefs. Jessica loves getting intimate with mama earth, playing hard with her family, and gathering women together in sisterhood.
