    We made this gentle, kid-friendly blend to soothe pesky coughs and have them back to their wonderful selves in no time.  

    Ingredients

    Fennel Seed, Lemongrass, Rosehips, Hyssop, Calendula, Mullein Leaf, Red Clover

    Organic or sustainably wildcrafted

    Instructions

    1 TBSP per 8 oz water, or 4-5 TBSP per quart of water.
    Steep for leaves or simmer for roots and leave covered for 20 minutes (overnight for a more nutritive brew). Strain + Enjoy!
