Herbal Immuni-tea will keep you strong and groovin'. These herbs can be a waker of white blood cells- this is where our immune cells reside, supporter of all things liver, and is chock full of every vitamin the alphabet (well...almost).

Ingredients

Astragalus Root, Dandelion Root, Elderberry, Rosehips, Licorice Root, Ashwagandha Root, Cinnamon Chips, Echinacea Root.

Instructions

Place 1 Tablespoon in 8 oz of hot water. Cover & simmer for 15-20 minutes (overnight for a more nutritive brew).  Strain and Enjoy! Drink 1-3 cups per day. You may use this tea for 2 infusions.
