Refund policy

RETURNS:

All teas, bulk herbs & powders, as well as any opened perishable products are FINAL SALE.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on any loose leaf teas, herbs, powders or any consumable products, including honey, tonics, syrups and other edible items.  However, if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, we want to know and we want to help you to make it right! Please contact us at orders@thepeoplesapothecary.net for help. We are happy to assist you with your order.

Tea accessories (tea pots, mugs, infusers, etc.) or other non-perishable items may be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase in same condition.  For returns of teaware and accessories,  email orders@thepeoplesapothecary.net with the subject line: RETURN.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying for return shipping, unless there was an order error on our end. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

Refunds for returned teaware and accessories will be processed within 3-5 days of the refund agreement. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. At this time we do not offer refunds for order changes or cancellations. If you change your mind regarding your order and no longer wish to receive it, we are happy to issue you store credit, less the cost of shipping.
