Refund policy

We deeply value the trust you place in us and want you to feel supported with every purchase. Because many of our products are consumable, handcrafted, or perishable, some items are final sale for health and safety reasons.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Loose leaf teas, bulk herbs, and powders

  • Opened consumable or perishable products

  • Honey, syrups, tonics, tinctures, shrubs and other edible items

  • Sale items and gift cards

If something about your order feels off or disappointing, please reach out. We genuinely want to help however we can.

Returns on Non-Perishable Items

Unused tea accessories and other non-perishable items (such as teapots, mugs, and infusers) may be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Approved refunds for eligible returned items are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
