While all our pregnancy, postpartum and children's formulas contain organic gluten-free alcohol — which is used to extract the herbal constituents and preserve the tincture — our finished products have as much alcohol as a ripe banana per serving.

Ingredients

Black Haw bark (Viburnum prunifolium), Yarrow aerials (Achillea millefolium), organic Motherwort aerials (Leonurus cardiaca), Cramp bark (Viburnum opulus), vegetable glycerine, Rocky Mountain artesian spring water & organic gluten-free alcohol.

Black Haw bark: Viburnum prunifolium is well-known for its affinity to ease spasms and for its use in calming menstrual cramps.
Yarrow aerials: Wise women healers and western herbalists have used Achillea millefolium to support women's reproductive health for centuries. Yarrow contains plant compounds that help soothe stomach cramps. It also encourages a healthy estrogen and progesterone balance, making it valuable in herbal formulas promoting overall hormonal balance.
Motherwort aerials: Leonurus cardiaca, the Latin name, means lionhearted. It's a calming herb that is wonderful for hormone balance and cardiovascular health alike. It's said to soothe frayed nerves and act as a mother's comforting embrace.
Crampbark: Viburnum opulus is a flowering shrub native to Europe and parts of Asia and Africa. Crampbark eases tension and supports muscle comfort naturally. It helps calm and relax muscles, and is traditionally used to support women's wellness and comfort during monthly cycles.

Instructions

Take 3mL in a little water for taste. Repeat as needed or as practitioner recommended.
