Skullcap, Passionflower, Holy Basil, Lemon Balm, California Poppy, Catnip, Valerian Root

Instructions

Place 1 Tablespoon in 8 oz of hot water. Cover & steep for 15-20 minutes (overnight for a more nutritive brew). Strain and Enjoy! Drink 1-3 cups per day, however, this tea is best enjoyed before bed and may make you sleepy.
