Join us this Saturday for a hands-on herbal pop-up with The Herbal Wise Guy!!  He's back, he's fun, he'll rock your herbal world!!

 

We’ll be sharing how to make delicious and medicinal herbal syrups using springtime plants and flowers—including heart-nourishing hawthorn. Syrups are a beautiful way to preserve the gifts of the season and make plant medicine that’s both effective and tasty.

 

We will be tasting many different creations and possibly have the chance to take home a sample of what we create—please bring a small (think spice or small jam) jar if you’d like to bring some syrup with you!

Dr. Glen Nagel, ND aka The Herbal Wiseguy is an experienced herbalist, Naturopathic physician and all-around herbal expert. With 35 years of experience, Glen has excelled as a naturalist, herbalist, naturopathic physician, naturopathic medical school professor of botanical medicine, and herbal mixologist. He believes that plants are our teachers and utilizes nature for health and healing.
