Dreamer's Tea

Rose Petals, Damiana, Rosemary, Chamomile, Holy Basil, Peppermint, Mugwort, Lemon Balm, Calendula

 *ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Place 1 Tablespoon in 8 oz of hot water. Cover & steep for 15-20 minutes (overnight for a more nutritive brew).  Strain and Enjoy! Drink 1-3 cups per day, however, this tea is best enjoyed before bed.
