This season is all about Integrating :: Harvesting and Re-calibrating
Do you need an Ayurvedic cleanse?
Sluggish?
Emotionally charged?
Insomnia? Or, sleep too much?
Lost touch with your True Nature, don’t feel like yourself?
Uncomfortable periods?
Want to avoid hormone replacement therapy? Age gracefully?
Weight gain? Unable to gain weight?
Heartburn? Avoiding foods or entire food groups?
If you answered yes to any of these, you will want to make this guided Ayurvedic cleanse the indispensable part of building your everyday self-care routine.
We are celebrating the harvest season as summer wanes and giving way to that burnt orange and deep rich maroons and that champagne gold richness and sparkle in the air that makes me want to savor each and every day. No matter a storm may be on its way, no matter the tides, the earth is full, the weather abundant, and the need to connect with this bounty, give back and harvest what we have sown.
That said, when you embark upon a cleanse to reap what you sow, you enter an agreement to deal with your past.
You agree to heal.
And healing can sometimes feel really tough initially. The body is the storehouse of the past. Every decision you made, conscious and unconscious that wasn’t “fully digested” is held here. The body holds our imprints. We store these imprints, oftentimes, in the form of fat and tension and toxicity. It is often not our fault. We are the children of a wounded world. But it is our responsibility to rewire our brains and heal our bodies to the best of our capacities, so as to have the kind of consciousness that sees love where there is war, and unity where there is division.
Also while we are talking about harvesting and reaping... YOU GET TO EAT FOOD during this cleanse. And fats. And even a little meat if you need it. Basically, it’s just radically-healthy eating that WILL rewire the brain towards bliss. You can’t move into a bliss brain and a bliss body on trashy food. All ancient love lineages understood the need for periodic cleansing and fasting for spiritual and physical renewal. We simply can’t step into bliss spaces of our consciousness when our bodies are toxic.
Commit to at least 7 days of clean eating and clean living. You may extend the cleanse to last up to 40 days if you desire a longer detox period.
You will receive step-by-step guidance, a shopping list, mindfulness techniques and recipes to support you along the way.
