Ingredients

Flower Essences of: Borage, Star of Bethlehem, Evening Primrose , Love Lies Bleeding, Forget Me Not, Dandelion and Mustard suspended in filtered water, Rose Glycerite and preserved with Brandy

Instructions

Place 4-5 drops on tongue or in 1oz of water, one to three times a day, or whatever dosage intuitively feels right. Use in conjunction with journaling, therapy or any other energy moving modality. Concuss bottle before use to activate flower energetics.

Healing crises are not the norm with flower essences, but are a possibility. If your symptoms intensify too much, back off a bit and take less or discontinue.
When you're clearing out old emotions you've been hanging onto that aren't serving you well, it can be painful to see emotions come to the surface and have your false fronts stripped away.
If it gets too intense, stop for a couple days, let things settle and try again with less frequent doses. The other option is to look at what you're taking and try a different approach with new essences, then come back to the troubling ones later when you're a little stronger.
