    A little homage to our midwest roots in this tea's name. This tea supports healthy and regular elimination by soothing, calming and adding hydration to the bowels.

    Ingredients

    Fennel Seed, Chamomile, Psyllium husk, Dandelion Root, Marshmallow Root, Spearmint, Irish Moss, Cinnamon Chips, Ginger Root

    *ALL INGREDIENTS ARE ORGANIC OR SUSTAINABLY WILDCRAFTED

    Instructions

    1 TBSP per 8 oz water, or 4-5 TBSP per quart of water.
    Steep for leaves or simmer for roots and leave covered for 20 minutes (overnight for a more nutritive brew). Strain + Enjoy!
