    Ingredients

    Skullcap, Lemongrass, Plantain Leaf, Marshmallow Root, Oatstraw Leaf, Ginger Root, Lemon Peel

    All ingredients are organic or sustainably wildcrafted.

    Instructions

    1 TBSP per 8 oz water, or 4-5 TBSP per quart of water.
    Steep for leaves or simmer for roots and leave covered for 20 minutes (overnight for a more nutritive brew). Strain + Enjoy!
