Join us for a hands-on herbal workshop led by Sarah, one of our in-house herbalists, as we dive into the world of natural hair and scalp care. Whether you're looking to support hair growth, soothe dryness, or bring more shine and strength to your strands, this class will explore the power of plants to nourish from root to tip.
We’ll discuss key herbs and oils, and small, everyday routine changes that promote scalp health and hair vitality, including how to choose the best ingredients for your unique needs. Then, you'll blend your own custom hair oil to take home, infused with botanical goodness to support your hair goals.

Sarah’s journey into herbalism began with a personal search for better health, leading her from diet and supplements to a deep study of plant medicine. She formally trained at Greenwood Herbals in Maine and expanded her knowledge through hands-on learning across the U.S. and Ecuador, exploring regional herbal traditions. Now based in Bend, Oregon, she blends her experience in herbal formulation, foraging, and teaching to help others reconnect with nature. Through ForestWise, Sarah offers workshops, consultations, and hands-on learning experiences that bridge ancient herbal wisdom with modern living.
