Aller-Aid 90 caps

Vitamin C (non-GMO, corn-derived ascorbic acid), Quercetin, N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), Nettle (Freeze-dried) (Urtica dioica) tops (including stinging hairs), pullulan (plant sourced) capsules and nothing else.

As an herbal supplement, take two capsules twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. WARNING: If you have never taken Nettles and are prone to allergies, it is recommended to take one capsule and wait 24 hours before using the suggested dose. Do not exceed recommended dose.
