Organic St. John's Wort aerials (Hypericum perforatum), Black Cohosh root (Actaea racemosa (syn. Cimicifuga racemosa)), organic Passionflower aerials (Passiflora incarnata), Damiana leaf (Turnera diffusa, T. aphrodisiaca), organic Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), organic Motherwort aerials (Leonurus cardiaca), vegetable glycerine, Rocky Mountain artesian spring water, & organic gluten-free alcohol.

St. John's Wort aerials: Hypericum perforatum supports and nourishes the nervous system and is most commonly used to balance hormones and uplift the mood.
Black Cohosh root: Actaea racemosa is commonly used to ease muscle discomfort, irritability, sleep disturbances and supports the balance of hormones.
Passionflower aerials: Passiflora incarnata is a plant that thrives throughout certain regions in the world. Its aerial parts have been known to help calm the nervous system, support stress responses, support optimal sleep cycles and ease occasional anxiousness and worry.
Damiana leaf: Turnera diffusa has a rich history of traditional use for supporting intimate wellness and healthy libido. Damiana nourishes the nervous system and supports emotional balance, helping to lift the spirits and promote a positive mood. This herb supports energy and vitality, helping to maintain mental clarity and physical stamina. Damiana has an affinity for the reproductive and nervous systems, supporting overall vitality and well-being.
Dandelion root: Taraxacum officinale provides a substantial amount of valuable minerals, including iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. In addition, Dandelion is rich in two phospholipids - lecithin & choline - which convert to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter key to healthy mood, learning and memory.
Motherwort aerials: Leonurus cardiaca, the Latin name, means lionhearted. It's a calming herb that is wonderful for hormone balance and cardiovascular health alike. It's said to soothe frayed nerves and act as a mother's comforting embrace.

Take 3mL in a little water for taste. Repeat as needed or as practitioner recommended.
