Fennel Seed, Coriander Seed, Lemongrass, Marshmallow Leaf, Chamomile, Anise Seed, Licorice Root, Blessed Thistle

Instructions

Place 1 Tablespoon in 8 oz of hot water. Cover & steep for 15-20 minutes (overnight for a more nutritive brew). Strain and Enjoy! Drink 1-3 cups per day.
