    Ashwagandha Root, Eleuthro Root, Dong Quai Root, Sweet Cinnamon Chips, Turmeric Root, Ginger Root

    Instructions

    1 TBSP per 8 oz water, or 4-5 TBSP per quart of water.
    Simmer for 20 minutes (and leave covered overnight for a more nutritive brew). Strain + Enjoy!
