STRAWBERRY ROSE: Sauvie Island Hood strawberries are intensely sweet, deep red in color and pair beautifully with rose water. This original signature Shrub is a favorite any time of year.

BLUEBERRY GINGER: A variety of Sauvie Island blueberries are plentiful in summer months and are paired with fresh ginger to create the perfect combination of tart and tangy. This Shrub is reccomened as a salad dressing base, simply add olive oil and herbs of your choice.

PEAR CARDAMOM: Sauvie Bartlett pears are bountiful in late summer and early fall. Our pears are paired with cardamom and this shrub is perfect for warm drinks and cozy nights by the fire. We recommend the Pear Cardamom Shrub as a mixer in hot apple cider or a hot toddy.

PEAR CARDAMOM SIGNATURE SHRUB: Organic raw apple cider vinegar, organic pears, organic cane sugar, organic cardamom.
