DIRECTIONS: Apply as needed throughout the day and at night before bed.
TIP: Remove the cap and press the tip of your finger firmly on the bottom of the tube (inside the rim) to press the balm up. It takes a bit of doing to get a new one started. *Be careful not to push it up too much, as you can't reverse it.
