Instructions

Apply as needed throughout the day and at night, before bed.
Remove the cap and press the tip of your finger firmly on the bottom of the tube (inside the rim) to press the balm up. It takes a bit of doing to get a new one started.
* Be careful not to push it up too much, as you can't reverse it.
