Distilled water, organic cane alcohol, glycerine and a proprietary blend of: Red Root (Ceanothus americanus)*, Cleavers (Gallium aparine)*, Dandelion Root & Leaf (Taraxicum officinale Root)** (Taraxicum officinale leaf)*,
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum loureiroi)**
* Organic extracts 35-40% Alcohol
**Organic extracts of Glycerine

30-90 drops (1-3 squirts) 30-60 minutes before bed and if waking at night. Take directly or add to a small amount of water.
