This tincture helps to move the body out of winter and into the summer time. It helps to detox the body and support the lymphatic system and get the blood moving.

Ingredients

Distilled water, organic cane alcohol, glycerine and a proprietary blend of: Red Root (Ceanothus americanus)*, Cleavers (Gallium aparine)*, Dandelion Root & Leaf (Taraxicum officinale Root)** (Taraxicum officinale leaf)*,
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum loureiroi)**
* Organic extracts 35-40% Alcohol
**Organic extracts of Glycerine

Instructions

30-90 drops (1-3 squirts) 30-60 minutes before bed and if waking at night. Take directly or add to a small amount of water.
