Siyo! My name is Stephanie Cottrell, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in helping individuals find relaxation, realignment, and rejuvenation. With a deep belief in the power of massage, I have made it my life's mission to assist as many people as possible in achieving optimal health and well-being.
I understand that massage goes beyond relieving physical tension; it can bring about balance on emotional and spiritual levels. In a world dominated by impersonal and technical medicine, I offer a holistic and drug-free approach to support individuals in their journey to overcome debilitating pain.
Drawing inspiration from both eastern and western practices, my unique approach combines traditional Ayurvedic massage modalities with local and indigenous herbalism. By fine-tuning the nervous system, I can delve deeper into sculpting the body's matrix, providing a comprehensive and personalized experience for each client.
In addition to massage therapy, I incorporate aromatherapy and botanical oil blends to enhance the overall healing process. These natural elements further contribute to the restoration of balance within the body, mind, and spirit.
My practice is not just a space for physical healing but also a sanctuary where individuals can find solace and a sense of harmony. I strive to create an environment where the east meets the west, fostering a harmonious blend of ancient wisdom and modern techniques.
I am passionate about empowering individuals to take charge of their health and well-being. Through my work, I aim to help my clients break free from pain, stress, and tension, enabling them to lead fulfilling and vibrant lives.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about me and my approach to massage therapy. I look forward to the opportunity of assisting you on your journey towards optimal health and wellness.
All people are welcome and will be given respect in my practice. You will not be discriminated for race, age, gender, size, sexuality, political belief or ability.
