Feel Better Steam Inhalation

Thyme, Thymus vulgaris, Yerba Santa, Eriodictyon californicum, Peppermint, Mentha piperita, Bee Balm, Monarda didyma, Yarrow, Achillea millefolium, Eucalyptus, Eucalyptus globulus, Rosemary, Salvia rosmarinus, Sea Salt

Infuse 1/4 cup of herbs in 2 quarts of hot water for 20 minutes with lid on. Place towel over head and pot and breathe deeply for 15-20 mins taking breaks as needed. Repeat 2-3 times/day
