Kapha Oil: Sesame Oil (Sesamum indicum L), Cleavers (Gallium pretense), Red Root (Ceanothus spp), Dandelion Root and Leaf (Taraxacum off.), Orange Peel (Citrus spp), Orange & Lemon EO

Warm if desired, daily massage 1-2 oz all over body until oil is absorbed. Leave 15- 20 mins & then shower.
